Shay Noonan is the founder and team lead of The One Team Scottsdale, where she works alongside her husband, Bryan. With over 12 years of experience, over 100 million dollars sold, and hundreds of clients served, Shay’s vision for the team grew from her belief that the traditional real estate experience is failing the consumer. Determined to change that, she set out to transform the way Scottsdale thinks about real estate—focusing on transparency, value, and client empowerment.
As a mom of two daughters (10 and 6), Shay understands the importance of finding homes that fit not just needs but lifestyles. When she’s not guiding clients, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and trying to improve her golf game. Whether buying, selling, or investing, Shay is dedicated to making the process seamless and successful for every client she works with.

Will’s passion for real estate runs deep. He began his career working alongside his mom, Debbie Kinson, a top-producing agent in the Pacific Northwest with over 35 years of experience. With over 17 years in the real estate industry, Stephen has built his career around mastering the operations side of real estate. His diverse experience spans nearly every corner of the business — from Agent and Team Operations Manager to Broker and Property Manager. While working at a large corporate real estate firm, Stephen also gained nationwide experience in real estate settlement, software product management, and technology.
Stephen's true passion lies in workflow design and systemization — taking the complex, day-to-day chaos of real estate operations and turning it into streamlined, scalable processes that empower agents and teams to focus on growth.
A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Stephen served at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, Arizona, and MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida. Growing up in Southern Arizona, he carries forward the discipline, adaptability, and service-first mindset learned during his military career into every partnership he builds in the real estate world.
