Shay Noonan

Shay Noonan is the founder and team lead of ONE Team Scottsdale, where she works alongside her husband, Bryan. With over 13 years of experience, more than $150 million sold, and hundreds of clients served, Shay built the team around a simple conviction: the traditional real estate experience is failing the consumer. She set out to change that, transforming the way Scottsdale thinks about real estate with a focus on transparency, value, and client empowerment. That same vision drives her marketing, where she has grown an engaged audience of more than 24,000 on Instagram sharing the Scottsdale lifestyle and market she knows firsthand.
Her approach has earned recognition across the industry. Shay is a two-time 40 Under 40 honoree and one of only four agents selected from REAL’s more than 32,000 nationwide for the 2025 Work Hard Be Kind Award. She serves on REAL’s Leadership Advisory Board alongside the company’s C-suite team, holds Elite Agent status, and carries a luxury home marketing designation through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
As a mom of two daughters (11 and 7), Shay understands that a home has to fit a lifestyle, not just a list of needs. When she isn’t guiding clients, she’s usually at Pilates, traveling, or working on her golf game. Whether buying, selling, or investing, Shay is committed to making the process seamless and successful for every client she serves.

With a background in sports marketing and entertainment, Tim brings a high-level perspective on branding, marketing, and client experience—applying those principles to position properties and serve clients at an elite level.
His accolades include the Scottsdale Association of REALTORS® 40 Under 40, HousingWire Rising Star, and Phoenix Real Producers Who’s Who in Real Estate. He’s also a former host on American Dream TV Scottsdale.
In 2018, Tim founded the Homes for Good Foundation, raising over $200,000 for local nonprofits. He also created the “Change Agent” brand and hosts two annual events focused on giving back and community impact.
