Arizona’s most awarded master plan.

Grayhawk is one of North Scottsdale’s original master-planned communities, launched in the mid-1990s and grown to more than 3,700 homes across roughly 1,615 acres. It is built around the Grayhawk Golf Club and its two championship courses, and it has been voted Arizona’s top master-planned community by AZ Business Magazine readers.

The community splits into two halves with distinctly different personalities. The Park, to the west, is the family side, gated and non-gated single-family villages around a 13-acre park and a neighborhood elementary school. The Retreat, to the east, wraps the golf courses, with guard-gated enclaves and larger custom homes. Add in condo and townhome villages, and Grayhawk covers a wider range than almost any community in North Scottsdale, from the $500s to the $6M range.

The villages of Grayhawk

Two halves, thirty-plus named villages, and a different buyer for each one.

The Park

The western half, roughly 497 acres of gated and non-gated single-family villages built around a 13-acre park and Grayhawk Elementary.

The Retreat

The eastern half, wrapped around the golf courses, with guard-gated enclaves and larger custom homes.

Talon Retreat

Guard-gated villas and single-level homes along the Talon course, the low-maintenance way into golf living.

Raptor Retreat

Custom homes on larger lots backing the Raptor course, Grayhawk’s upper tier.

Tesoro, Encore & Venu

Gated condo and townhome enclaves, the most attainable entry point and a favorite for seasonal owners.

Crown Point, Monterey & Renaissance

Established single-family villages in The Park, popular with families and move-up buyers.

Schools

Paradise Valley Unified, not Scottsdale Unified.

This surprises a lot of buyers. Unlike DC Ranch and Silverleaf, Grayhawk sits in the Paradise Valley Unified District. Verify the assigned schools by exact address.

Why work with us

We know Grayhawk, village by village.

Grayhawk has more than thirty named villages, and the difference between them is everything. A Talon Retreat villa, a Raptor custom estate, and a Tesoro condo are three separate markets with three separate buyer pools, and pricing any of them off a community-wide average is how sellers leave money on the table.

Whether you’re buying into Grayhawk for the schools, the golf, or the lock-and-leave, we’ll get you into the right village, and market your home to the buyers actually shopping it.
